Open the coning. (a Coning is a vortex like protected space that one can create) </div> <div> State that you would like to open a Radiation Clearing Coning and that you would like to be connected, one at a time, to the following by Stating:</div> <div> (After requesting each connection, wait 10 seconds or verify, using kinesiology self testing, that you are connected.)</div> <div> * I ask to be connected now to The Over Lighting Deva of Healing</div> <div> * I ask to be connected now to The Spirit of Nature –Pan</div> <div> * I ask to be connected now to Grace Eloha</div> <div> * I ask to be connected now to my White Brotherhood Medical Team. (If you don’t have one, ask to be assigned one now.)</div> <div> * I ask to be connected now to The appropriate team from  the White Brotherhood and Ashtar Command for Cleansing, Clearing and dissipating Radioactive materials ( from all sources such as X-rays, cat-scans, nuclear fallout, etc)</div> <div> * I ask to be connected now to my higher self</div> <div> * I ask to be connected now within this Coning to the consciousnesses of all my PEMS Bodies, my higher Self and Inner Child as a unit.</div> <div> *I call upon Archangel Michael and his Heavenly Hosts of Light to set the space where I am as a sacred Healing Space that none may enter, from all levels, dimensions, and realities, all times and Lives, from Earth and all other Planets and between them, without permission.</div> <div> *Check that the coning is now opened and all Team members are connected. When yes, then continue the the next step. </div> <div> 2. Focus your attention on your body and state: I would like any radioactive materials that I may have been exposed to(x-rays etc) in/on my PEMS (Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual) bodies to be appropriately and safely released and contained. (Wait 5-10 minutes for the release before continuing with step 3.)</div> <div> 3. I ask that all  radioactive particles be transmuted into the Purist of Light Energies and sent back home to Creator.</div> <div> 4.  I ask that any and all possible damages to my PEMS Bodies from the radioactive materials be repaired.</div> <div> 5. Then state: I ask that my PEMS bodies be restabilized and restored to the Balance & Harmony that is Health. </div> <div> Stay lying down for at least 1 hour to allow the Teams to finish their work.</div> <div> After 1 hr. Ask the Medical Team Leader if it is appropriate and time to close the coning, if yes, then follow the closing protocol. If no, then ask how much longer they would need, and follow instructions. </div> <div> When they are done , thank all the Team Members before closing the Coning.</div> <div> <B>Closing the coning </B></div> <div> Ask to be disconnected from each member of the coning, one at a time, in the order that you connected to the team members.</div> <div> Wait 10 seconds after each disconnection from each member of the coning or verify you are disconnected by asking, "Am I disconnected from ____ ?" Then test. If you receive a negative response, simply refocus on the coning and again request to be disconnected. You lost your focus the first time. The further away we move from 3-D, the more irritating the lower frequency energies become. And we tend to react in the old ways. And then we berate ourselves for having reacted behaved in the way we did...adding guilt then to the mixture...does this sound familiar?</div> <div>  So what to do to stop reacting?</div> <div> The following practice should help. (Just remember that practices are called that because we need to practices them, and exercises are called that because we need to exercise them...)</div> <div> 1. when you feel irritated, or angry, fearful, sad etc... Stop.</div> <div> Ask yourself "Is this (what you are feeling) mine?"</div> <div> 2. If the answer comes back no, ask whose it is?</div> <div> (Sometimes, what you are feeling may be just an Energy/Emotional Front - like a weather front - that is just blowing through...and is attracted to the like energy you are holding in your body. In this case go to step 4, 5, and 6.)</div> <div> Knowing whose  energy it is lets you know whether you are taking in/feeling these energies from someone else and what your energy dynamic is in your relationship to that person.</div> <div>  Call in your healing teams, angels etc... you know, the usual...</div> <div> Check for cords, connections, attachments etc from that person to you and check also if you have any of these from you to that person....</div> <div> Ask your team to deal with with these.</div> <div> Ask if your are just feeling the energy/energies from that person, or whether you have taken them on from that person. If you have taken them on, do step 4-6. </div> <div> (If you experience that you are taking on or feeling energies from a particular individual often, then it would behoove you to check in with your Inner Child and ask why the Inner Child feels the need to do that. It might also help you to do a Karmic release to release you from your Karmic role from that person.)</div> <div> 3. If the answer comes back yes, it is yours,</div> <div> then ask "How much of it is yours in percentages?"</div> <div> If say for example, that 30% is yours,</div> <div> ask "Who does the rest 70 % belong to?" (the rest percentage may belong to several people that you are connected to. see step 2.)</div> <div> 4. Now back to that percentage which that is yours,</div> <div> The percentage lets you know the extent that the energy is connected to you.</div> <div> Ask your body "Where is it held in the body, and what color or colors does the Body need to release it so that it is no longer held in the Body.?"</div> <div> 5. Draw in from the Universe, down through the crown, the purist, clearist, beautiful color/colors that the Body wants to where the energy are held and saturate it until that space is so saturated that it can't hold anymore, that it spills over and radiates it out in all directions.</div> <div> 6. Ask that the energy that was pushed out of you by the color/colors be transmuted into the highest, clearist, purist of light energies and sent back home to the Light to it's next highest level of evolution in Divine Creator's plan. (true recycling...)</div> <div>  7. do this for each energy that you are experiencing that is yours.</div> <div> The reason we give colors is that each color is an energy, it also has a corresponding sound, and has a specific function. You are also filling a vaccume that would be created  if you just ask the energy to leave...and as we all know "where there is a vaccume, it calls to be filled". So we do two thing in one action. We fill the vaccume, and give the body the healing energy that it wants to balance/ heal the area...and the less "stuff" we hold in or body, the less we attract more of the same to our body. </div> <div> We generate and draw "Stuff" (energies, emotions, thought forms etc...) to us everyday. They are the baggage that all spiritual tradition mention that we need to release when we start on the spiritual path. The more you clear the body of the so called quote negative, lower density vibrational energies, the less there is of it to draw like energies to you. What is left then are the so called quote good energies like Joy, happiness, Peace etc...which then draw more of the same to you.</div> <div> The more "stuff" you hold in your bodies, the more there is for the Energy waves to catch on and the harder it is for you as your bodies work to release your "stuff".
